I individualise your training program inclusive of connecting you with your body and helping you become body aware to achieve the upmost out of your goals for your personal fitness growth and development. I also love to get creative with functional movement for improved strength, cardiovascular health and giving that good sweat and burn! Embracing holistic health together with mindful movement using personalised methods for increased spinal alignment, postural, core, pelvic floor is key.
