TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Sporting Club of Sydney is a non-smoking club 

  • Etiquette in each area of the club must be adhered to. Management reserves the right to remove anyone who refuses to comply with reasonable requests 

  • Anyone attempting to gain entry without proper membership or without authorisation will be prosecuted 

  • Proper attire must be worn whilst using the club. Management reserves the right to remove anyone who refuses to comply with reasonable requests 

  • Venues NSW employees and approved contractors only, are authorised to instruct or provide any form of exercise program, service or coaching in the club 

  • Venues NSW accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings 

  • Cameras and mobile cameras are not permitted in the change rooms, nor any undisclosed filming allowed on-site without the prior approval of the Sporting Club of Sydney and Venues NSW.

  • Loud, abusive, disruptive and offensive behaviour and language are not permitted 

  • No pets or animals are permitted in the club with the exception of Approved Assistance animals 

  • Venues NSW reserves the right to alter the club operating hours. All changes will be communicated in advance 

  • Children under the age of 5 must be signed in prior to entry at reception 

  • Children under the age of 16 are not permitted into the Fitness, Spa, Sauna or Steam areas of the club 

  • Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the club without the supervision of an adult
